Verde Vitae controls the personal data you provide when you subscribe through the toolkit signup form. This notice covers that signup only. It does not describe every part of this website.

Your email address, which is required.

Your full name, which is required and used to address emails to you.

A record of your consent, including the consent wording version and when you gave it.

We do not ask for, and you should never provide, any employee health details or individual health information.

To send you the toolkit, practical emails to help you use it, Verde Vitae insights on corporate and executive wellness, and occasional news about our advisory services. We send these only because you ticked the consent box.

Our server keeps your Brevo contact reference, signup time and email sequence progress so it can check your consent and subscription before each followup. This sequence record does not contain your name, email address or health information.

Your name, email address and consent details are processed on our behalf by Brevo, our email service provider, which stores the subscriber list and sends our emails. You are added to a subscriber list held in Brevo, which may not be visible to you. The connection to Brevo is managed on our server and no account credentials are exposed in your browser.

The toolkit email includes an unsubscribe link for toolkit insights. Opening the link shows a confirmation page and does not change your subscription until you confirm. Future marketing emails also include an unsubscribe route. You can opt out at any time and you do not need to give a reason.

We keep your details while you remain subscribed. Unsubscribing removes you from the toolkit insights list. It does not change another subscription you have separately requested. We may keep your contact and consent record in Brevo to respect your preferences and handle requests. Ask us if you would like those details deleted. We will consider your request and act on it, subject to any necessary suppression record or other lawful retention.

The toolkit followup sequence ends after its three emails or stops if you unsubscribe. Unsent followups expire 30 days after signup. Completed or stopped sequence references and delivery review records are removed from our server after 90 days by the email service while it is running.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your subscription details by sending us a WhatsApp message. Please include only the email address you subscribed with. Do not send any health information.

The signup feature stores essential session preferences in your browser to limit the timed invitation and the separate desktop exit invitation during your visit. These preferences contain no personal information and clear when your session ends. Once you subscribe, automatic invitations stop for that session. This feature adds no tracking cookies. Your name and email are never saved in browser storage.
